Hi Ann

I do have a little reflux as well, But I had a little problem with it

before I started MMS. Here is the mistake I was making, And since

correcting it it has made a huge difference. As I was upping my doses

..Lets say from 5 drops on up to 8 or 10, I was making the mistake of

not adding more water to dilute it with. I was still using only 3 to 4

ounces of water. It was literally burning my esophagus. I heard Jim

Humble one day say that at 15 drops he would use a full glass of water

to dilute it with. I started adding more water, And it did the trick.

Maybe thats part of your problem....?

Thanks, Bob.

There may be some interaction between the salt/C and the MMS.

Also, you may want to take the buffered C instead of the ascorbic acid

C as some people, me included, can get acid stomach symptoms on too

large a dose of unbuffered C.
