Guest guest
>Daddy Bob , are you out there?- He gets it from Excellent things too and read the book about colostrum too.I think his memory is better than mine LOL.< Hey - I meant to thank you for reminding me about colostrum and that means that my memory is certainly no better than yours ;>) I started taking big doses of it as soon as I read your message a couple of days ago and the cold is on the mend very nicely, thanks! Since we got back from our Christmas visiting, I've been snowed under by this cold, our water situation, and life in general, but I'm digging out now. For those who don't know about colostrum, all I can say is, here's another book and another supplement you NEED to get! turned me on to it about 2 years ago and the very first dose of the only colostrum I could get that very day, turned my allergies out to pasture. Please support Donna Crow in her efforts to keep us all supplied with the highest quality colostrum at the lowest price. Now- I'm on my second day of using Magnesium Oil and am I ever IMPRESSED. I do suspect that my quick results are because I'm already a Magnascent Iodine taker, since magnesium and iodine work together. I'm not going to say toooo much yet based on only 2 days of using it, but I'll say this... It's another one of those things that I've read and read about for years now and have not penetrated maybe because the time wasn't right, but apparently the time is now for me. Magnesium oil is not oil at all and I simply did not understand it. It is water laden with magnesium chloride, preferably mag. chlor. that is reclaimed from the sea. It's called oil because it feels oily. After it dries, it feels the same way you feel after a dip in the ocean. I had no idea how EASY AND CHEAP it is to MAKE YOUR OWN. I had a 5 pound bag of " Mitoku Bitterns " Nigari that I was taking internally. Nigari is sea-harvested magnesium chloride with the trace minerals intact but most sodium chloride removed. It cost about $20 including shipping. All I had to do was mix a third of a cup of nigari into a cup of water (spring, well, distilled or RO, not municipal tap water). That's it. I haven't tried yet, but I think you can mix it as stiff as a half cup of nigari to a cup of water. It has now twice stopped immediately one minor annoying problem- minor arch cramps when I lay down at the end of a day. I'm not talking about foot cramps that make you want to cut your foot off and throw it away, just minor annoying ones that you can shake off. Nothing I have done would stop them totally until now. They just disappear with a quick spray and rub of this stuff. This stuff is also further reducing my small remining left hip discomfort. Well, I've said more than I meant to yet. Two days does not a miracle make. I'll report more later. Daddybob No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
