I am using white vinegar, it works fine! I use 5 drops of vinegar to 1 drop of MMS. I am tired by the time I take it, too lazy at that time to measure by a spoon, so I just put in my 15drops of MMS and measure out 15 drops of vinegar (with another dropper) 5 times. Boring, but doesn't take very long.

If you check just once you won't have to do it again. But there are about 20 drops per quarter teaspoon, therefor 80 drops per teaspoon. Once you measure your drops you will know about how much you need and can just squirt into a measuring spoon.
