Does anyone know why Humble advocates taking MMS at bedtime?

He says that it is because that's when the body goes into healing mode (liver detoxes, no digestion should be going on, all body energy goes into rebuilding cells) and so by taking MMS then, you are giving the body an extra helping hand.

I thought it was due to the fact that alot of healing occurs at night and perhaps this woudl work synergistically with MMS and that if one is to herx perhpas you can sleep through it. Not 100% sure if that was form JH or not.
