Guest guest
Hello all, I'm new to this list. I am a chiropractor and natural healthcare practioner from PA. I'm interested in learning about any remedies that are safe and can potentially help my patients with their health related issues. I beleive that you can never have too many tools in the shed. Anyway, I was wondering if MMS has helped you, could you, in a sentence or two, list what specific health problems MMS has helped you with, and how long it took to see significant improvements in your condition. I ask this because you can read all the books online and all of the research and articles out there, but it is nice to see real world results. Oh, and on the contrary, if you took it and it didnt help you, please share your story too (also in a sentence or two). Thanks! Guest guest
Hey Buddy, I read your post and was wondering if you are familar with Dr. Shoemaker's work? He has done a lot of work on the biotoxin pathway. One thing he discovered is that you can clear infections (MMS does that) but you still have to deal with the toxins. There is a Visual Contrast Sensitivity Test available for $250 that can be used over and over again. This test will tell you if you have biotoxin disease (Lyme, pfiesteria, ciguatera and mold exposure to name a few are all biotoixn diseases). The reason I bring this up is because I am finding a complete lack of understanding in the medical community. I can't find anyone to give me this test and I had to fly to Atlanta to get treatment. You are in a position to help a lot of people so I wanted to bring this issue up to you and perhaps you will learn a little more about it. Richie Shoemaker, MD's website is www.biotoxin.info and he has written two books on biotoxin disease. They are Mold Warriors and Deperation Medicine. I never thought I would have to diagnose myself but so few people understand this science and it's a multi-symptom, multi-system disease that causes untold agony and grief. I told my radiologist (I'm high risk for cancer) that I went from being terrified of getting cancer to not caring if I lived or died. Sharon > Hello all, > > I'm new to this list. Guest guest
It's an interesting site. As I become more involved in learning about natural therapy options, I'm finding that there are a host of similar sites such as this one. It's very difficult to determine which ones are legit and which ones are not, espcially since much of the testing or products are quite expensive. So, I am faced with a dilemma. Where do I start? Do I explore them all? Is this a test that you have taken? What were the results? Were you able to improve upon the results? If so, how? Guest guest
Hi Buddy, Yes I took the test. It was followed up by a MSH test which is a hormone (www.moldwarriors.org)not many doctors pay attention to but is significant in the biotoxin field. This site is legitimate and the test was jointly fine tuned by a doctor at the EPA and Dr. Shoemaker. It stands up in court all the time for cases involving exposure to sick buildings. Dr. Shoemaker is a traditionalist, he is not into natural therapy but only medicine that can be scientifically documented and he is trying to get as many peer reviewed papers published as he can so that medicine will stop denying this disease and stop misdiagnosing biotoxin disease as FM, CFIDS, MS and lupus to name a few. For me the toxins infiltrated my hypothalamus, liver and brain that I know of and I don't expect a speedy recovery. Some people never recover. I don't think I am in that pool but I became adreanal insufficient (almost complete atrophy) and I'm told adrenals take a long time to heal or I should say a long time to get the toxins out of my hypothalamus. The MMS has helped for sure and I believe in the science behind the product especially because I was a camper and had used stabilizing oxygen before. I went to a different doctor than Shoemaker because she helps women who have been sick from their implants (implants grow mold sometimes). I got mold in my breast from a biopsy where they left a clip/marker in my breast made partially from nickel. I am highly allergic to nickel but my doctor says it was mold caused from unsanitary conditions at the time of the procedure. She also worked with Dr. Shoemaker on the protocol for mold in the body and she is a naturopath. I hope you do become more knowledgable about this disease as you are in a good position to make a difference. I would go to a chiropractor out here but as soon as they say they don't understand the biotoxin pathway I am not willing to spend my money on them. It's not that I blame them in anyway it's just they can't help me. Incidentally Dr. Shoemaker estimates that around 10M people have been impacted by mold and will stay sick until they get proper treatment and that is just for mold. It doesn't include Lyme patients who are misdiagnosed. Sharon > > > > Hey Buddy, > > > > I read your post and was wondering if you are familar with Dr. > > Shoemaker's work?
