I THINK it was one of the tapes I got so I might have more information this weekend when I get a chance to sit down and listen to them. Guest guest Posted December 7, 2007 Report Share Posted December 7, 2007 Hey, Bob, I'm basing my doses on the liver's clock. I take my doses when the liver is not producing bile to digest food, which is from 9 pm to 9 am I took it during the day yesterday and paid for it. SInce I have HCV, which affects the liver the most, I think that's the best method for me. I'll check into that, however, always like to learn new things. And it might help, who knows?
