Guest guest
It's been a few weeks since i stopped the MMS and now I have a white tongue, which I'm guessing is candida. Before MMS i killed off candida with oregano and garlic oil years ago and have had no problem since. Others have reported a white tongue. So conditions post-MMS seem good for candida. So, along with some anti-oxidants to balance the very oxidant properties of MMS use, and a probiotic, an anti-candida practice looks needed. Guest guest
Assuming that the white tongue is candida might be a hasty diagnosis. A white tongue appears when toxins are coming out of the body. Even one with a cold or flu will have a white tongue Unless the tongue is really furry white would thoughts of candida be justified. Having said all that... it is always good to stick to a good and healthy diet which often enough will prevent candida as well.
