Well sorta, but that's just not the right point to put onit.RESILIENCE! That's it. It imparts resilience. Resilience is the one bestword to describe what we lose as we age. It is making so much difference in how much and what Iaccomplish in my waking hours that I actually have plenty of time to do thisthing; furthermore if I don't do it, I'll lose out on productive time by notdoing it.And about those waking hours- at first this protocol yielded deep, long, restful sleep, 9-10-11 hours of sleep. Now that has turned into deep andrestful sleep in only about 6-7-8 hours a night. DaddybobNo virus found in this outgoing message.Checked by AVG Free Edition. Guest guest
>Daddybob, Are you saying just a regular bath here? Pamela< No- I'll try to simplify it here. If you are on chlorinated water, add some cheap ascorbic acid to the water first, but I can't find the amount to use right now. My son knows more and will be here today. Well water does not need this. Municipal water that has been treated by Ozonation does not need this. Buy dry flaked Nigari, I buy it here: www.naturalimportcompany.com. Into a tub of hot water, as hot as you can stand it, throw a couple of fistfuls of nigari flakes. I haven't measured it yet but that's at least a cup. Soak for at least 20 minutes. Longer may be better, but my water gets cold. Dry by air and/or heat if possible. If not, pat dry do not rub. I would NOT use towels that had been treated with fabric softener or dryer sheets. I have taken many forms of magnesium for many years now and oral ingestion of magnesium cannot touch this. Daddybob No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition. Guest guest
Hi Daddybob, I am just wondering where you get your Nigari flakes from. I am interested in trying this but have no idea how to obtain some. I am in Canada -are you aware of a place that will ship? Thanks, BB > > This is probably the last cross-post I'll do about this. > > I thought long and hard about just what it is, just what word is right to > describe what I feel from this simple thing. > > Energizing?
