Guest guest
You're welcome. It's really funny how much of a difference the different acids make in taste, yet they all work. Samala, -------Original Message------- ACV Braggs is what l am now using. What a difference it made in the taste and in the Acid achy feeling in my stomach. Guest guest
OK, so I read this ACV suugestion and believe me, I was tired of the lime juice, so I tried Organic ACV last night. I took some at 12 and again at 3:30, woke up at 7 and had to change the sheets. What a drag. And that was on only 2 doses instead of the three I'm used to taking with lime juice, what's up with that? I'm feeling really tired in the evenings. Especially after eating dinner, and my food just doesn't seem to be digesting well. I took HCL and enzymes with dinner, 2 of each. I'm feeling really frustrated. Right now my guts are gurgling. I've had GI troubles all day. Not the garden hose variety, thank God. I call it the splurts. God, I wish there was someone I could talk to when I get this way. Kat
Guest guest
I don't know if this is the answer to stomach troubles or not, but I began to take 1 teaspoon baking soda and one teas, sodium ascobate after meals, and I notice that it clears the stomach, and that my appetite is stronger.I am guessing the bile production is variable, and that makes taking mms a roll of the dice regarding outcome of digestion. Most of my digestive distress is gone, (although I don't go above 8-9 drops, 3 x. I too had low acid output and no appetite and mms changed that in a hurry, but it still does fluctuate. The B S and vitamin c make it mosre stable. (I know about vit c countering the mms. I keep them apart and also there are times when I don't do any B S or vitamin c; its mostly done when food just seems to sit there) [ ] Re: THANKS for the Vinegar suggestion OK, so I read this ACV suugestion and believe me, I was tired of the lime juice, so I tried Organic ACV last night. Guest guest
You find that baking soda actually helps clear your stomach? I too have noticed increased appetite on mms, but am not too sure how much it is doing for my digestive problems. The bloating and reflux has not noticeably changed in the past few weeks since I started taking it. I have tried the baking soda and ACV vinegar stuff before, but didn't get any results from that. greg > > I don't know if this is the answer to stomach troubles or not, but I began to take 1 teaspoon baking soda and one teas, sodium ascobate after meals, and I notice that it clears the stomach, and that my appetite is stronger.I am guessing the bile production is variable, and that makes taking mms a roll of the dice regarding outcome of digestion. Guest guest
You might be losing electrolytes and minerals when you have prolong diarrhea -- this could explain the tiredness. You may want to temporary take a little demulcent (for eg, slippery elm) which will help you slow down the runs and allow your body time to absorb the needed nutrients. You might try increasing the in-between time you take your MMS (instead of the 3 1/2 hours you're doing). Just some suggestions... --- In , " Kat " <makiah@...> wrote: > > OK, so I read this ACV suugestion and believe me, I was tired of the > lime juice, so I tried Organic ACV last night. Guest guest
no, but I have heard of it and am curious. On the kefir list no one really had much to say about kefir and reflux. I have taken all sorts of large dose probiotics, is there a big difference in the effect? Where's the best place to get kefir? greg > > > > > > > > > > I don't know if this is the answer to stomach > > troubles or not, > > > but I > > > > began to take 1 teaspoon baking soda and one > > teas, sodium ascobate > > > > after meals, and I notice that it clears the > > stomach, and that my > > > > appetite is stronger.I am guessing the bile > > production is variable, > > > > and that makes taking mms a roll of the dice > > regarding outcome of > > > > digestion.
