I used to sleep so hard and would get such dry mouth from breathing hard with my mouth wide open that my lips would actually split! This was also when I was not all worried about the relative humidity in the house, before I ever bought a humidity meter and a humidifier and worried with all that. Now, my body wakes me up before anything like lip-splits can happen and I get up and do something, even if it's just to drink a glass of water. I too have experienced dry-mouth from hard sleping since taking MMS and it went into high gear when I started transdermal magnesium therapy. I don't think it's a direct result of anything except harder sleep, and I think some of us have conditioned ourselves in our age and creeping infirmities to watch every little thing and dissect it. Guest guest
Bob and DB I wonder if it is not linked to how well hydrated we are when we go to bed. Dry mouth has bothered me often but from time to time I do not need to have a drink (or drinks during the night) to moisten my mouth. When I've not had to I drink start the night well hydrated. I'm using magnesium transdermally these days and I think it may be reducing the problem. Phil. And I am not sleeping that hard right now. The more MMS I take the more I notice the dryness, Specially when I was taking too much and was getting dehydrated from to many bathroom visits.
