Before the MMS I used oxy powder for constipation. It worked beautifully for me. It is to clean your bowels and help constipation. Whereas MMS is used to kill pathogens of all kinds. They are very different products. You cannot equate them with each other.

It depends on what your needs are. But I have found I do not need the oxy powder with the MMS because it has kept me regular while killing the lyme. But they work in different ways. The MMS is killing the pathogens in your gut, while the oxypowder just helps to move the bowels and loosen the fecal matter.

I have used oxy-powder before and am actually have wondered, since

starting mms, if the healing mechanisms of delivering oxygen actually

about the same. Because 1. they are both activated with lemon juice,

and 2. the kind of super watery movements I get with mms are very

comparable to the kind I got with oxy-powder. I took oxy-powder for

almost 2 months straight and did not see any significant benefit. I

am hoping there is more to mms than nascent oxygen delivery.
