Guest guest
I noticed the dry mouth. I would wake lying on my back with my mouth open (but breathing through my nose) and my mouth as dry as s desert. Normally I sleep only on my side. I don't know if this is a bad thing because MMS has caused me to sleep better than I have in years. Jill
Guest guest
DB I think it may be more than sleeping hard, As I have as well experienced the dry mouth thing. And I am not sleeping that hard right now. The more MMS I take the more I notice the dryness, Specially when I was taking too much and was getting dehydrated from to many bathroom visits. Guest guest
Daddybob, It is this " hard sleep " that I attribute a lot of benefit to. I have had sleep problems for years since starting menopause so a little dry mouth is no big deal for me if I can sleep so well Jill
Guest guest
I should have mentioned that a Blue Stirwand may help with this. I'll never be without a Stirwand again. Global Light sells them. DB No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
