Are they primarily for alkalinizing water and/or do they purify it? If they alkalinize, has this been tested with pH paper, etc.? Are they made of plastic? It is not the best option I think, but it is what I have to do for now. Also I am with big Daddybob on this one, I dont want to be without my wand. they do not purify they electrify. when you hydrogenate milk it is not good for you but for the sake of illustration, the effects are clearly visible. That is kind of what the wand does to water. With high matrix minerals it breaks the water molecules apart for easy receptor site application. We all know the difference between swamp water (dead and yucky) and fresh mountain stream water (alive and sweet). There you have it in a nutshell. On one forum " Excellosperes " were touted....little plastic balls that have to sit in the water for a while. Another forum discussed a filter that was close to $1000 dollars.
