Guest guest
Just thought I would pass along some more information. I went to a seminar last nite where Udo Erasmus spoke on health. He has a book out that is called " fats that heal, fats that kill " Beware what you buy in regards to cold-pressed oils. Udo says neither industry not government has an agreed-upon definition, anyone is free to invent one that suits their particular purpose. In other words, most bottles that are labeled " cold-pressed " infact are not. His product is called Udo's Choice Ultimate Oil Blend it contains, flax oil, sunflower oil, sesame oil, medium chain triglycerides, efamol evening primrose oil, lecithin, rice bran and germ oils, oat bran and germ oils, d-alpha tocopherol. (my husband, me and my children have already been using this daily) He recommends anywhere from 1 tablespoons to 10 tablespoons daily. You will be able to tell the right amount when you skin is no longer dry. Also do not use ANY oil (not even olive oil) in a wok, etc. Only use water for frying. Anyways, the seminar lasted for over 2 1/2 hours, so It is pretty hard to get everything into one e-mail. I would recommend your buying the book or he has a tape available for $5.00 canadian. (flax seed oil lacks in the omega 6) Regan
