Guest guest
I also have Lyme. I did not have a reaction until I increased the dosage by 3 drops, instead of 1 drop a day as I was doing, and then had a horrendous reaction. I think Lymies may be more sensitive to MMS. I would advise to continue to ramp up slowly. Ballady > > Hello > > I got lyme and bartonella. Guest guest
Well it takes soem folks more days and or higher dosages depending on their bacterial load. I did have a good reaction after 1 day so hang on...everyone is so different but as of yet i havent heard of anyone not having success who stuck with it. Some people quit if they get diareeah. Everyone's tolerance is different too. BTW _ i have Lyme Babs and othe rco-infections....much better after 2 mos on! So far its the most amazing thing I have tried and I have done it all! Guest guest
If you keep reading this group, you will read about people like yourself (and me) you have the mentality that " we can do iiittt " so we zoom up to a larger dose and make ourselves very sick and were sorry. now as I read of people doing this I kind of chuckle (although I AM NOT glad that they are suffering) because I dorked out and did the same thing to myself and was sorry I did. I keep telling people : DO SEVERAL LOW DOSES. You do not have to be sick with this stuff to get healing. You do not have to have severe Herxes to get better. I have been doing MMS for seven almost eight weeks. I feel the best I have felt in 2 years, and I only take low doses several times a day. Dont stop the MMS just knock it down to several 2 drop doeses with in three or four days you will recover. JUSTMYOPINION > > Hello > > I got lyme and bartonella. Guest guest
This was exactly my experience as well: " we can do iiittt " LOL I got excited and ramped up WAAAAY too fast when I first started MMS and wound up with vomiting + the runs (at one point I was sitting on the toilet and throwing up into a bucket at the same time -not pretty). :/ I backed right down to 1 drop doses and added a drop a day. Next time I felt the nausea I backed down again and slowly worked up again. It's only been about 2.5 weeks but I definitely feel the MMS is really working against Lyme and gods-know-what-else. It's powerful stuff! BB~BB > > > > Hello > > > > I got lyme and bartonella. Guest guest
Hi Marie, How do you get your antioxidants in, if you are taking so many doses a day? Do you take days off so you can replenish? I'm glad that you are doing so well on MMS! Blessings, Avril In , " west612908 " <Marie22@...> wrote: > > If you keep reading this group, you will read about people like > yourself (and me) you have the mentality that " we can do iiittt " so we > zoom up to a larger dose and make ourselves very sick and were sorry. > now as I read of people doing this I kind of chuckle (although I AM NOT > glad that they are suffering) because I dorked out and did the same > thing to myself and was sorry I did. > > I keep telling people : DO SEVERAL LOW DOSES. Guest guest
Great advice, , the only thing I would add is that how long it takes to get well will depend on what is wrong. Just keep at it, and don't give up, if you have something that takes time, such as hepatitis. I tested after 40 days on MMS and my viral load was down 35% but it was still at 3.29 million, which is still considered a high viral load. That was Dec 10th. It's going to take time a patience to get rid of this, and also I believe a change of mind. I've been doing some thinking into why some people get sick and others don't. Of course it doesn't apply to everyone who is sick, some are sick for different reasons. My theory is that those who take things personally get sick, while those who don't take thing personally, the viruses and bacteria just can't invade as easily, they have a natural defense in that things just bounce off them. I look at people on the list who constantly get offended and get their feelings hurt and stuff. I believe that as long as a person holds a grudge, they will hold onto their illness. I think it's all related. Other people may be sick because someone around them needs to learn a lesson. I remember a story about a guru who was very ill. Dying. One of his followers asked him, saying, You can heal others, why can't you heal yourself? The guru said, I can, and instantly became well. The student asked why he was sick and the guru said, to teach you a lesson. Just what that lesson was I don't remember, maybe it was compassion. Then, I'm a woman! LOL Women's brains think that way. Men like to put things into neat little boxes. Keep up the good work, everyone! Kathy

Mark Sircus in " Transdermal Magnesium Therapy " wrote about magnesium was required for the production of cellular energies. I had a big lift in my energies very quickly and since then I was interested to note that the tendency I had on and off for nearly fifty years to be almost unable to remain alert when driving, and at other times too. That tendency was very different to being simply tired due to a lack of sleep. That this problem has cleared up makes me wonder how many other affects might follow on from being seriously magnesium deficient at cell levels. Magnesium is a mineral that is essential for a great many functions, and indeed the majority of Americans are said to be deficient of magnesium. I think everybody should get very interested in the status of their minerals. Phil
Guest guest
Hi Kat, Last I knew my VL was 323,000. I just do what I feel will make me healthy and say to heck with the numbers. I don't like going to MDs any more, except to a holistic MD for my annual physical. I believe I can co-exist with HCV. Joe
Guest guest
Hi , Back to my seaweed bath, which is full of magnesium.
