Guest guest
I took 2 drops this morning. I wasn't sure what I was going to do after getting D the other day from 2 drops x 3 times daily. I started I'm copper deficient and when I get loose bowels I pay for it with shortness of breath, fatigue, skin problems, etc., that are due to low Cu (per hair test). I didn't realize that 6 drops a day can be too much for some people. I've had Hep C for 25 years or so and have been in good overall health due to clean living, many organic foods, oil pulling, inversion therapy, etc. I think I have a systemic bacteria infection also. In the 80s I had a problem with candida in my GI tract, took Nystatin for a while and get better, changed my diet, but after a while I could no longer take Nystatin because it caused extreme Herx and I had to function at work. Since then I've dealt with this bacteria imbalance. Eating raw garlic seemed to have no effect on it. Well, now it seems I have a tool to get this in order - MMS, but it's going to take me quite a while. Decided to get back on MMS. The symptoms I got from the D the other day were not good. II walked downtown yesterday, as I like to exercise regularly, and a couple of people looked at me like I was a walking corpse or something. I didn't feel too bad until I got home and ate lunch, and then sat on the sofa and fell asleep for half an hour or so. then I realized how tired I really was (low copper symptoms that I usually get over in a day or two). So, I wanted to get back on MMS and try to see if I can make it to the rainbow on the other side of the Herx. BTW - my Herx has pretty much gone since 24 hours after the D episode. I was having a sore kidney area and overall achiness, but my moods seemed a tad better. It was like I could see back into the past and remember previous states of health and life and I felt like I was going to reverse the clock a decade or two, or even three, and I may still. So, I'm back at it, and trying to learn more about how to gauge my dose. I'm going to try 2 doses a day for now. I bet I could get away with one dose of 2 drops first thing in the AM, or even 2 drops 2x daily, in the AM and in the PM, but for now, 2x3 was a little too much. I hope I can take MMS without getting diarrhea again, at least until I can get rid of the low Cu. Joe

I hope I can take MMS without getting diarrhea again, at least until I can get rid of the low Cu.< Try dessicated beef liver powder from either NOW Foods or mikebrownsolutions.com. Dynamite stuff! Starshar and I find grape juice to be the perfect thing to cover the taste. Do not ingest dairy two hours either way of taking beef liver powder for best effect. Guest guest
Thanks for chiming in, DB. THAT was a necessary reminder of the copper content of liver. I've got to take some zinc! Guest guest
I'm not sure but it seems that Dr. Larry , a holistic MD said something that's not good about copper bracelets. They might tend to build up bio unavailable copper, I'm not sure. Thanks for the idea. I'll keep it in mind.
