Guest guest
I hope he's right too. I'll stick to whole organic foods but it would be nice to be able to eat a few more foods. I don't think I'd want to eat too much sugar, even if I could, because it might make me lose my taste for foods like cheese, vegetables, etc. Fig Newmans and raw milk sound good but I don't know about that Kozy Shack pudding. Guest guest
That is the one thing Jim says that drives me up the wall: Using MMS as a justification to eat junk foods. Your meal last night was similar to mine: I had two pieces of sprouted sesame wheat bread with vegetarian " butter " soy spread and organic jellies. Some watermelon and a fruit smoothie with spirulina. Chuckles!!! Kathy
Guest guest
My supper : A grass fed beef hamburger on a English muffin with steamed organic beets and organic string beans. I smear coconut oil on everything, or cultured organic butter. I eat 2-3 gallons of organic coconut oil per year.
Guest guest
Sounds yummy and very colorful! I used to make my own English Muffins before I got sick. Maybe I'll make some more when I decide to celebrate my health! Kathy, chomping on organic salad greens with avocado chunks and organic balsamic dressing; potato, garlic and broccoli soup (with butter, dulse and basil) is waiting for me! :-) > > My supper : > > A grass fed beef hamburger on a English muffin with steamed > organic beets and organic string beans. Guest guest
Hi Kathy and Tony, The days when I take MMS, my appetite is humongous! I'm having a difficult time deciding whose house to come to for dinner...both meals sound delicious. ) Avril In , " tonytaptoe " <joe525us@...> wrote: > > Sounds good! Guest guest
Hey DB Makes perfect sense. Every so often the body says " enough fussing with me---time to take care of the 'soul'! Guest guest
>A grass fed beef hamburger on a English muffin with steamed organic beets and organic string beans.< Hmmm...that's just like eating a hamburger steak with two veggie sides and muffin. Sounds great. >I smear coconut oil on everything, or cultured organic butter< VCO constantly helps me with flexibility. I also have cultured Amish butter that I clarify because I don't need the calcium. I fry eggs in a 50/50 mix, and fry meats in VCO. Daddybob No virus found in this outgoing message. Guest guest
That Amish butter sounds good! I've been on CNOil since about 2000. It's great stuff. After a shower I rub VCNO in my armpits and it prevents odor without using a deodorant. I also rub VCNO between my butt cheeks. It used to feel like sticking pins in there when I bathe, but since putting VCNO in there after a shower it no longer does. I also like to rub it on my other private parts. It keeps my skin soft and comfortable. VCNO has helped my ability to eat many foods. I used to have problems with some fruit but since saturating my body with VCNO I could eat fruit all day with no problem except possibly getting too alkaline from it. I think VCNO protects us from lots of stuff, like the effects of PUFAs, virii, bad bacteria, and more. I was on a program called Life Balances from 4/94 to about 1999. They were my health coach and helped me balance my pH. When I started it I was way too alkaline. They used to tell me to eat what I felt like eating - what I was truly hungry for. If I felt like a turkey breast sandwich on Rye bread with mustard, I should eat it. Many people seem to get a better appetite from MMS. After a while I may go back to the LB principals, but without paying them. With MMS we may not have to eat organic foods as much as we do. I know that some foods are better to eat organic : apples, carrots, potatoes, peppers, and others, but with MMS to keep the microbes down, we may be able to eat more things and feel good from it. I wouldn't be surprised if MMS and VCNO protects us from things like acrylamide in bread, etc. I like to eat bread fairly often. I have to balance my pH. I can't eat vegetables too often or I'll get too alkaline. Joe > > VCO constantly helps me with flexibility. I also have cultured Amish butter > that I clarify because I don't need the calcium. Guest guest
This morning I took 2 organic grape fruit and 4 tangelos, peeled them and put them in the blender and whooped them up. I strained off the juice, and tossed the pulp and seeds. MMM! This is so much better than juice. I would call it Citrus Milk. Just one taste and my body said, YES! This is what I need. I split it with my hubby. I also made some fresh soymilk in my soymilk maker, added 1/4 tsp Real Salt to each quart, a few TBLSP of Organic Maple Syrup and a couple tsp of homemade ginger syrup. I drank about 3 cups. I also drank 8 oz of organic carrot juice. That was my breakfast. Quite filling and easy on the liver. No pulp to have to work on. I've had bowel troubles all week, they are gone today yippee! I only took one MMS dose the night before last and 2 last night. So I'll probably go for three tonight. But I have this pool party this evening and didn't want to ruin it with worry! <blush> Kat, the virus killer!
Guest guest
o.k. the butt cheeks was just to much information, (however I am glad you feel that comfortable with us all) but the armpit part was very interesting. what is VCNO? I am very interested in it. JUST MY OPINION > > > > VCO constantly helps me with flexibility. I also have cultured Amish > butter > > that I clarify because I don't need the calcium.
