Guest guest Posted February 3, 2008 Report Share Posted February 3, 2008 I caught another cold Thursday. After wrapping up business by Friday afternoon, I've been in the house mostly since. I tried to head it off with MMS and another therapy, but no such luck. I've only been a little over two weeks since I just got over an awful cold that I caught at Christmas. I had been feeling really good and was getting a lot done, so... THIS IS NOT FAIR! I DON'T DESERVE THIS! MOAN B!@#H WHINE! My wife really hates it when I start that and when I tell her that nobody loves me, she agrees. My estimation is that MMS will not stop a fast moving virus like a cold but certainly will help control the secondary infections. I cannot take MMS while I am in the throes of aching with a cold. I even suspect that MMS, in killing off various infections and leaving us in Herx/detox mode, may leave us a bit compromised when a cold comes stalking. Until MMS, I had gotten really good at shaking off colds, but then I had no idea that my sinus infection had mutated the way it had, so I must take the bitter with the sweet, but... I DON'T LIKE IT! Guest guest Posted February 3, 2008 Report Share Posted February 3, 2008 Since I have been on the salt/c protocol and taking upwards of 8 grams of Vit. C a day I have not gotten a cold. I usually catch everything that comes around our house. My husband and daughter caught bad colds but me and my other daughter who also takes a lot of vit. C did not catch it. I highly recommend keeping up the vit C even if you pulse or on a break from the salt. -- [ ] MMS & Colds I caught another cold Thursday.
