Guest guest
Hey Bob, the coffee enema doesnt accomplish the same thing as the flush. I have done both for years. Gerson recommends doing 5 coffee enemas a day for cancer patients one reason being is that coffee enemas stimulate the Liver to produce 9 times more Gluathione. However in order to achieve lasting health benefits the key is Sustained gluathione increases in the blood stream. The only way to accomplish this is to do at least 3 coffee enemas a day. It's alot of work and eventually money... If I were you I would just grow my own wheatgrass at 3 cents per ounce its the cheapest. Tho much more time consuming than just ordering it. I do get some bile stimulation from the coffee enemas but my gb is still so paralyzed from ammonia that it doesnt seem to help much anymore. Wheatgrass enemas and slathering on Castor oil 2x a day then sitting out in the sun for at least 30 minutes is a great way to detox the liver, stimulate bile flow. I usually take some activated charcoal or diatomacious earth afterwards tho because it liberates so much toxin that you may get a 2ndary inflammatory response by the immune system called a cytokine reaction (cascade). You may also be allergic to some of these toxins which hampers ones elimination of them from the body. > > I would like to know if a coffee enema accomplishes about the same thing as the standard grapefruit juice/olive oil flush. > Dr. Gerson's coffee enema directions indicate that during the enema one may or even should feel or hear the gall bladder squirting out and emptying. The coffee enema is so much easier to do. Does it accomplish the same thing??? Bob >
