Rethinking supplements

If you had told me a year ago that supplements I took were a cause of

toxicity, I would have argued that you were wrong, but since I stopped

all supplements for the last 4-5 days, I feel lighter and more

energetic, my appearance is improved, better complexion, and eyes even

more clear, and the darker circles under the eyes are receding.

Yesterday I ran/walked a couple miles, and felt good about it the

entire time; and no aches and pains.

I am suspecting that, even though the supplements may be " good " ,

they still could be contaminated during processing, and/or they may

not " mix " well together, and/or the mms is oxidizing them at a faster

rate, and this mix of them and the mms is toxic, or they may have been

contributing to looking and feeling unwell, along with the hcv.

I plan to go for a spell w/out supplements and just do juicing and

some good quality food, and see what happens.

I try to have a big glass of juice each morning, and this keeps me

energetic all day. But now with out the supplements, I just feel even

better.
