Kathy,

Thank you for your input. I will look into the flakes as I know

nothing about them. I can't believe what people do! We have 4

strands of electric rope fence and someone cut the two bottom stands

on the east and west side to cut thru our property. Thankfully I put

the big horses out on pasture and not the mini's or we would have

been in real trouble. I think these kids need a job!
