About a cup or so of Nigari flakes in a full bathtub of water as hot as you

can take it. 20 minutes minimum, and perhaps 40 minutes is better, but my

water gets too cold right now. Smooooth is the feeling! The perfect thing to

help you deal with MMS effects.

Try to dry off somehow by exposure to heat. I have a propane heater that is

perfect for this. If you can't do that, then pat dry lightly, do not rub.

The idea is to keep the magnesium on your skin as long as possible.

I suggest this should be well water or reverse osmosis or any other way of

getting the chlorine out of municipal water. If I had no other method, I

would at least run the water at full hot and let it set until its a

comfortable temperature, allowing chlorine to evaporate. This may be

problematic with modern water heaters regulated to 120F.

I'm working now on converting my Crock Device to 3 minute timing (per Lee

Crock's latest recommendations) and use one wire in the water at the same

time. I'm going to experiment with adding one ounce of Miracle II soap and 2

ounces of Miracle II neutralizer also.

We have drought related water problems right now so I can't do this in our

house for the present. My office is in easy walking distance on a separate

piece of property with a good well, and a small but adequate bathtub. I'm

going to seal off the overflow drain to get deeper water and hold the heat a

little longer.

A while back, I bought (at a clearance price) and have stored, a Jacuzzi

whirlpool, bathtub size, but about 4 " deeper than a standard tub with the

overflow drain placed much higher than standard. I'm going to get that thing

working to do this somehow as soon as possible.
