Dear Team Members,

Some of you might remember months ago that I wrote a letter to Spain

inquiring as to their research into the use of Thioproline. This letter was

initiated due to articles that has sent on numerous

occasions as to how successful Thioproline had been in 1979 and the Spanish

Report which had proven to be successful in several different types of cancer

cells. I wrote the letter to the University de Navarra located where the

trial report had first been investigated having my letter written in both

English and Spanish translation. Today, I found my effort had at last

beared fruit when I received the letter as printed in its entirety as shown

below:

Dear Mrs. Judy Singer,

Thank you for your letter and interest in Thioproline. The investigations of

this product were discontinued in 1983 after a European Study indicated

insufficient activity for further research.

We have not continued clinical studies and we do not have this drug available.

Thank you again.

Yours sincerely,

Brugarolas, M.D.

Oncology Department

This leaves us now wishing to see the results of the European Study which

would require another letter to determine exactly where this research effort

was conducted. I do wish the writer would have more clarified with exact

information rather then leaving me hanging although he did indicate there was

insufficient activity for further research.
