Tho this deals with mind control, if you read the Secret Life of Plants,

you will find that the technology for healing and causing diseases has been

studied by Russian and US scientists since before this century. It's very

well advanced, now. It's possible to " broadcast " virus and bacteria

electromagnetically. I'm searching for that reference as well. (if anyone

is interested)
