Guest guest
Today is my 5th day on MMS and I took 7 drops so far today. I'm starting to get that nauseous feeling but my muscles are also really sore and tense, especially in my stomach, legs and shoulders. Will MMS do that? Is that just a temporary thing like the nausea? Thanks.
Guest guest
i'd stay at 7 for a couple days or until the nausea doesn't happen before increasing again. people have so many assorted reactions, often sort of like partially reliving old injuries or problems, and everyone has their own makeup so yeah, the muscle soreness and tensions should let up after awhile. maybe stay at 7 until that lets up too. it might be some kind of die-off toxins needing elimination ... drink ozone water if you can make it, or put some peroxide in a bath. most folks seem to experience big improvements after their funky periods are worked through. i got strange mood swings with an ambient murky irritable depressive baseline for awhile, but finally got by that. it was weird, with little crying spells popping up. make sure you're getting (at times when not doing MMS) enough C, E, calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium, B-complex, and assorted trace minerals. MSM and an epsom salt bath might help? > [ ] Sore Muscles! > > > Today is my 5th day on MMS and have taken 7 drops so far today. Guest guest
Thanks Bob. You're probably right. I was reading about this guy who had back problems all his life and when he started taking MMS, he got a really bad one, then it went away. I get sore muscles all the time in the places that are sore right now, so I'm taking it as a good sign. P.S. Do you happen to know how long after you take the MMS you should wait to eat? Thanks! > > i'd stay at 7 for a couple days or until the nausea doesn't happen before > increasing again. > > people have so many assorted reactions, often sort of like partially > reliving old injuries or problems, and everyone has their own makeup so > yeah, the muscle soreness and tensions should let up after awhile. maybe > stay at 7 until that lets up too. it might be some kind of die-off toxins > needing elimination ... drink ozone water if you can make it, or put some > peroxide in a bath. > > most folks seem to experience big improvements after their funky periods are > worked through. > > i got strange mood swings with an ambient murky irritable depressive > baseline for awhile, but finally got by that. it was weird, with little > crying spells popping up. > > make sure you're getting (at times when not doing MMS) enough C, E, calcium, > magnesium, zinc, selenium, B-complex, and assorted trace minerals. Guest guest
for those with back pain , articulation pain, boy do I have a story for you. I put a car battery beside my bed and with a schematic from hulda clark web site , I build my own zapper and started to zap my back. My lower back was sore for 3 months with a pain radiating in my left but muscle ; so lying down in my bed , I put one electrode witch happen to be just a penny there and the other electrode under my right shoulder . Did the zapping till I herx. Actually I dont remember herxing in my back. I did that repeatly whenever I had nothing to do. About a week after no more pain. I can actually lift heavy boses, my boss told me : why you dont get help. Looks to me like microbes loves to invade and feed on damaged tissue in articulation, regular zapping keeps the area sterile , pain free and inflamation diapears. PS zapping is actually a aphrodisiac just incase you wonder where it comes from PS do not fall asleep while zapping as the skin can burn if the electrode is not moved when you fell like a moskito bite. I stop after 20 min and can do than 3 times a day
