Guest guest
Yes, that information is covered in the book. I have it on my computer and can search for any information I need. I worked my way up to 15 drops 3 times a night. I was doing a 20/15/10 regimen for awhile. Or 20/10/15, one or the other. Generally I find that I can do that for 3-5 days, then need to drop back to twice for a day or get symptoms. If I get symptoms, I drop back to less doses. Guest guest
Hi Kat,I'm going to try 1 drop twice a day for now, which is 1/3 of the 2-2-2 drops I was taking. Hopefully I can get this massive bacteria under control someday in the future. It's hard to do but I have to go very slow. Maybe 1-0-1 for 2 weeks, then up to 1-1-1 for a week, the next week 2-1-1, a week later 2-2-1, etc. That's just one drop increase a week. I don't know but that ought to work. That way it should be easier to tell if I'm taking too much. Thanks for replying.Joe> >> > Hi,> > > > I hope it's not a dumb question but it is true that MMS can be slowly> > increased without going through a lot of symptoms, correct?> > > > Joe> >>

Guest guest
Yes, I'll keep in touch here. I must be herxing because I'm not feeling too great. I have so-so appetite, I don't have too much pep, and feel kind of blah. I guess the MMS is starting to get into the toxic areas of my body and neutralize them. I didn't think it would be a picnic. If I increase by 1 drop a week, I'll be at roughly 13 drops or 5-4-4 daily in 3 months, which should be enough to knock the virii and bacteria way down. Guest guest
Battling bacteria and virus both is a lot. I feel for you. When I get blah, I generally try something different. Maybe take a day off from eating, and just drink juices. You're right, MMS is not a picnic. Glad you're here. We can help each other to keep the faith.
