Guest guest
Bob, and All, This is one thing that I've been a bit concerned about. When I read at Dr. Hesselink's site that MMS oxidates iron and turns it from ferrous to ferric, I wondered about this end result. In hemachromatosis, the excess iron in the body " rusts " or oxidizes. Some people with IO, actually have a bronze look from the " rusted " iron. How do we know that the oxidation of heavy metals, actually is beneficial...that it helps our bodies get rid of them? I don't want to be a troublemaker but I would like some feedback on this point. Thanks, Avril In , " Bob " <winestien@...> wrote: > > > I agree, Not sure if MMS will take out " every " heavy matal and toxin, > But I bet it takes lots of them out. Guest guest
I doubt seriously that the oxidation of heavy metals is a good thing at all--IF the metals aren't removed by the body. My post shows that I now believe MMS helps remove the toxins. But I also said that it would be imperative for anyone who suspects metal toxicity or any other type of poison or overload of die-off to also take binding agents AND liver support. Even if a person is healthy and doesn't have these particular problems, why overburden the liver with trying to get rid of all the die off from pathogens all by itself? Why not help it out? Milk thistle, dandelion, saunas, exercise, etc. Whatever means you choose--but help the liver get the crap out. We wouldn't be sick in the first place if the liver was working right! Guest guest
, Thanks for the encouragement. I do take spirulina (now) and will switch to chlorella, which is supposed to be a better binder. I have also done coffee enemas and take milk thistle. I take french green clay orally. I also started NCD recently. I guess the " electrified " feeling and the anxiety that accompanies my herxing, causes my mind to gravitate to the fear of heavy metals because they are good " conductors " . I will remember your reports and others when I'm in the middle of my freakin'. ) Avril In , " " <gaiacita@...> wrote: > > I doubt seriously that the oxidation of heavy metals is a good thing at > all--IF the metals aren't removed by the body. Guest guest
This was all discussed within the last 2 months. Please go to the group start and look it up, it was quite a lively discussion. Guest guest
Thanks, . Would I use some of the words from my own post to do a search? Any suggestions on words to use?
