Jim Humble says something to the effect of- once you get the diseases out of you, you can possibly get nutrition out of a candy bar if that's all you need at the time, that it won't be doing the damage that it would do to a diseased body. Boy do I ever hope so;>) I've been eating too much protein and not enough carbs and was getting stiff because of it- gouty all over but not to a painful level. I've been eating some cherries for that but it wasn't enough. Last night, wife out to a meeting, me alone and hungry, I couldn't stand the thought of anything " good " for me and certainly not any protein in any form. I ate " Fig Newmans " and raw milk and Kozy Shack Rice Pudding for supper. It was wonderful. I never did get a carb down from it. This morning I felt much more pliable and was not hungry for hours after waking. Cool! Daddybob No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
