Guest guest
I drink it everyday. I put it in my tea, about a tsp.(2 cups in the morning). It keeps me feeling loosey goosey! If you take your MMS with the DMSO it will take it deeper into your body. Also, if you take it with your supplements it will help them absorb better and carry them further into your body. It's good stuff! -- [ ] MMS, DMSO, CMO I did something this morning that I never thought I would do. I drank DMSO. I drank nearly a tablespoon in orange juice. It wasn't so bad. Here's why: I needed something to counterpoint MMS. With this last cold, my sinus/heart infection has found a new place to hide- in the muscles of my chest. Not bragging, but I'm pretty thick there. I took 10 drops MMS last Thursday and it really gave me a working over in my chest and shoulder muscles at that time. I was very surprised but then that's where this recent cold had made me so weak. I took 11 drops Friday and did not feel anything of that sort again. I skipped MMS this weekend, focusing on other things to clean out my sinuses. I took 12 drops Monday afternoon and felt it run through my frontal sinuses, both sides, but felt nothing anywhere else. By Monday evening, I knew my chest was feeling tight. By 2:30 AM Tuesday morning I had to get up and take magnesium citrate to relax my chest so I could sleep. At waking about 6, I found that my old nemesis VERTIGO had returned. Man was I ever dismayed at that. I haven't had it for over a month. So I knew that the MMS had the infection on the run again, seeking places to hide out again. In addition, my chest was tight again. Just a couple of days ago a friend told me of an experience that a relative of hers had with drinking DMSO in orange juice while having a stroke, and sustained no damage from the stroke despite being in her 80's. My friend then relayed to me that she recently drank the same concoction because she felt she might possibly be having a "blockage" herself, and by doing this it left her without further incident. Right now I'm awaiting her approval to tell the whole story with names edited out. She indicated to me that this blockage may have been caused by her taking of MMS, then stopping and not finishing the protocol. There's another reason for me to forge on with MMS. OK so I'm laying in bed with vertigo and a tight chest wondering what to do. My intuition rebelled at taking MMS first thing in the morning. My thoughts were that DMSO is well known to go everywhere in the body and MMS has not been getting everywhere for me, at least not at the doses I've taken yet. I decided to take the DMSO & orange juice. I did so and laid back down in bed. The vertigo and chest tightness both left me in less than 5 minutes. I turned to tell my dear sweet lovely wife about this and she said that my breath "smells like $#! & ". Such a potty mouth on such a beautiful woman, a beloved mother of four, a Sunday School teacher of little children no less. I laughed at her until I thought I'd crack a rib! Of course laughing just sprayed her with my breath and she jumped out of bed. Seriously, she said it really stunk but about an hour later it smelled only like DMSO, which she still hates to smell. After arising myself, I was pleasantly surprised at the lack of my usual morning stiffness, which was already reduced by my recent efforts at eating coconut oil every day. I could get used to this. So that brings me to arthritis and my problematic left hip. Now that I've been able to get rid of at least 90% of my infection, which has increased my overall strength and activity again, my left hip has been a bit bothersome again. I have been able to turn some of my attention back to that. I am taking CMO daily again and knew I would run out soon. My source of generic CMO no longer sells it but he gave me the info to directly contact the maker. I did so yesterday and had a good long talk with him. He's only about 160 miles from me. He assured me of two pertinent things that I need to know but never had known for sure. First, his CMO can be digested along with a protein meal and a glass of wine, which means I don't have to put up with the aftertaste, and second, it has a molecular weight in the 600's so it will work quite well with DMSO. I had tried that before but wasn't sure about what I was doing. Last night I mixed about a heaping teaspoon of CMO powder* into about 2 ounces of DMSO in a glass bottle and warmed it to melting in a bowl of hot water. It makes a golden oily liquid. I rubbed that into my neck and hip. If you do this on a body part that will be in contact with a bed or chair you need to wait a while before laying or sitting to keep it from being absorbed in fabrics. After cooling, the CMO will skin over the top of the DMSO so you reheat it everytime you use it. Do not warm it in a microwave or a pot/pan on the stove. Warm it only by hot tap water. *I must clarify that CMO has become a generic term like Kleenex. This CMO is a wax at room temperature and is ground to powder while cold. This is beef tallow source CMO and is the form that has been called Cerasomal Cis-9 CetylMyristoleate but that is a proprietary name belonging to someone else. This is not the original Harry Diehl product; it is an "analogue". I personally cannot digest the original. Daddybob No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition. Thanks, Gail
