Guest guest
Hi Phil, I've got some Magnesium Oil that I've sprayed on my feet but I'm not sure if I ever noticed any effect from it. Magnesium is in Paramin, which is one of the mineral formulas I take with Dr Larry 's hair analysis test and mineral balancing program. Before that I took 800 or 1000 mg of magnesium daily. I have been low on Mg before, I'd bet on it. It's hard to tell if Mg Oil helps or not. Sometimes, with many therapies going on, I tend to get confused as to what is causing what. If/when I can unload most of my bacteria with MMS, they say that might help mineral absorption.
