The range is from 6.8 to 7.5 as I recall. In the morning, after doing MMS, I am generally closer to 6.2. By 3 pm it is switching to alkaline and by 6 pm is around 7.3. I do find I have to be careful and not take the baking soda too late at night or it will keep me.
