Guest guest
Hi All! I'm cross-posting, so please forgive the double post. First, a very big thank you to those of you sharing your experiences and knowledge. This, coupled w/ all the reading I've done has led me to a much healthier lifestyle, which has proved itself extremely worthwhile. My blood tests for my hypothyroid/thyroid tumor came back with great results. After my partial mastectomy, my results were mildly hypothyroid. After radiation, my results were " your thyroid's shut down " . Well, no @*#!, Doc. I knew I shouldn't have done radiation, yet I did it anyway. I'll always regret not listening to my own feelings on this matter. In any case, in late November, I began SERIOUS nutrition and juicing of carrots, beets and apples, w/ other greens, etc. At least two glasses a day, which isn't much, but is a lot for me cuz I work 9 hours a day, four days a week. On my days off, I juice like a fiend. I take digestive enzymes, about 6-8,000 mg of ascorbate C daily in about 1 gallon or so of water, Barleygreen & Herbal Fiberblend religiously, as well as running/walking two miles daily. Prayer helps, too. )) I also paint Lugol's on my inner thigh about once a week or so and it, amazingly, is gone w/in the hour. My TSH was extremely high, nearly off the scale around Christmas. My blood test this time said my TSH was too low. I told the Doc that was great, but he didn't agree till I told him my juicing, etc. was making my body work properly. Well, " could be " was his answer. Bless his heart, I'll make a believer out of him yet. Esp. if my ultrasound on June 1 shows that the tumor has shrunken. Oh yes, and I eat 1/4 cup cottage cheese & 2 tbsp flax oil daily. Oh pleeeeeez, let it be gone. LOL Just wanted to share this with y'all. I know my thyroid is responding, as I've not felt this good in years! Judi (a VERY happy girl)

Guest guest
Sounds fabulous Judi, bravo! So inspiring. I too do the same, but only 1 tbsp of flaxseed oil for my weight, with cottage cheese or tofu and 6 cups of green green veg juice each day with ground mixed nuts and all the B vitamins with extra folic acid. Feel truly magnificent. Leukemia itch has gone and lymph nodes have shrunk amazingly, haven't felt so energetic in years. Can't wait for my blood test next Friday. Touching wood. Wish i could find Amaranth oil (even richer than flaxseed) over here in Australia, but so far no luck. Instead i put the seeds in my home baked breads. Do keep us posted. Guest guest
Thanks Fred, I'm holding out, while i watch the results of what i've been doing so far. Been putting ½ cup of raspberries into my daily fruit/soy/nut smoothies along with 15 ground apricot kernels, for about 3 weeks now. Heavens knows which ones working, but something certainly is/was even before the raspberries and healthy food has become sooo delicious. Best of health backatcha Fred :-) Skye Off to check out your website, thank you kind sir. > Hi Skye.... > Great for you too!!
