Attached is a December 27, 1999 letter from Congressman J. Visclosky to me in which he states:

" Dear :

Thank you for keeping me updated on your ongoing efforts to develop new treatments for cancer. I appreciate hearing from you.

As you know, I support your efforts in this area. I realize how much time and effort you have dedicated to this cause so please continue to update me on this and any other areas of legislative concern. Be assured that I will continue to monitor any federal legislation that arises on cancer research with your views in mind.

Thank you again for contacting me. Do not hesitate to let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Unfortunately, although I have been continuously trying since November, 1997, I have not been able to interest Federal Health Officials in the Washington, D.C. area in my treatment for cancer. Unlike Congressman Visclosky, these health officials don't even respond to my letters.

I have pointed out to Congressman Visclosky and these health officials that Thioproline, a chemical related to Penicillin, achieved these results in a clinical trial when administered to 32 cancer patients in Spain in 1979 (emphasis mine) -

These results were reported in one of the world's foremost and prestigious medical journals, 'The Lancet', January 12, 1980, pages 68 to 70:

" .....Histological studies showed involution and transformation into low-grade malignancies and disappearance of evidence of cancer. "

" Thioproline.....had a considerable antitumour effect in epidermoid carcinoma of the head and neck. Definite signs of activity were observed in epidermoid carcinoma of other regions and in other solid tumours, such as breast, renal, ovary, thyroid, and parotid cancer. "

Thioproline is presently not readily available to cancer patients in the United States, and I think it should be.

Dear_________________________________________, if you were to appear on my television program I would hope that we could discuss possibilities which might offer solutions to this dilemma. In my opinion, we have to do something at the local level because both National public and private health officials have refused to take action (at least this has been my experience with them).

How can people with good conscience fail to tell cancer victims about Thioproline? People are suffering the ravages of cancer, and with Thioproline something could be done immediately, in my opinion, to alleviate their misery.

If you do decide to appear on my television program I will forward to you two other letters of my research -

1. 'Why the furor over ?' (first posted to The Internet on February 24, 2000) which describes the simplicity of preparing Thioproline (It could possibly be done in any high school chemistry laboratory.); no one owns the patent rights to the process.

2. 'Nobel Prize for ?' (first posted to The Internet on February 21, 2000) which describes treatments for cases of Cancer, Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia (CML), HIV/AIDS, Alcohol Abuse, Lou Gehrig's Disease, and Macular Degeneration.

My one half hour television program, 'Alternative Health Choices', is cablecast to the citizens of Portage, Indiana, by the Time-Warner Company every Wednesday evening on channel 4 at 5:30 P.M. However, it is video-taped at a different time, and if you wish to be a guest and participant, I will try to see if the program could be video-taped at a date and time which is convenient for you.

Your appearance on my television program would afford you the opportunity to highlight flaws in my research, if they do exist. I welcome your criticism.

1. Other recipients of this letter will be Mayors, Lake and Porter County Medical Society Members, Physicians, Hospital Administrators University Professors, Religious, Civic and Business Leaders, The Media, and Fellow Citizens.

2. In a memo penned to me on December 28, 1999, Dr. Hulda R. (www..ch), International Diagnostic Center, 757 Emory St. #398, Imperial Beach, California 91932 stated:
