Thus an oxidizer would not be harmful to a normal cell and may even be helpful but to an anaerobic cell it would be death. Sort of like if you put a mouse and a fish in an enclosed tank the mouse would live as long as there was oxygen (aerobic breathing) while the fish would die. (the fish isn't actually anaerobic but I'm just using it for illistration). Fill the tank with water and the mouse would die and the fish would live. I do believe that the MMS doesn't go around looking for anaerobic cells but will kill them when it runs into them. More than likely most of the aerobic cells already have all the oxygen they need or they would use the oxygen from the MMS just like any other available oxygen ions and the chlorine would still go off with the sodium hand in hand so to speak and make salt:) Personally I don't think there is a need for probiotics because of taking MMS although there are a lot of other reasons for taking them. Just a few thoughts as I can't seem to get to sleep tonight:) 3c. So it wants to be stable, and in order to do that, it needs electrons from Pathogens. Electrons from healthy cells will not help it, so it doesn't bother with healthy cells. Search though I may, I can find neither proof nor logical argument to indicate that this is absolutely true. It may be, and it would be great to have some reason to KNOW this, but all I can find in the discussion groups and Dr. Humble's book is the claim. If it is true, why do people bother to take probiotics after a bout of MMS?
