Guest guest Posted January 29, 2008 Report Share Posted January 29, 2008 Recently I've begun to try something different. I'm getting really tired of taking MMS 15 drops 3 X a day. So to break the aversion to the taste, I hold my breath and swallow it quickly with about 6-8 oz of juice - apple berry. Then I add another 4 oz of juice and use it to rinse the taste out of my mouth. Then I reward myself with an apple, a pear, some pineapple, a mango, a banana. Any fresh fruit. It helps settle the stomach and eliminates the butterflies one can get from a larger dose. I've also quit taking 20 drops, then 15 drops, then 10 drops, and I just do 15 drops 3 times. I take the drops at night 2-3 hours after dinner, when I get up to pee, and don't begin my daytime routine until at least 3 hours after the last dose. The doses are getting easier to tolerate.
