Having a bad day? Been burning the candle at both ends? You might want

to get some vitamin C into your body. Dr. P. , of the

University of Alabama in Huntsville, conducted a study on lab rats and

found that vitamin C helps the body cope with stress by lowering the

stress hormone levels in blood and other indicators of stress, such as

lower body weight and enlarged adrenal glands. So at the end of a

long, hard day, relax, put your feet up, and have some vitamin C.
