Soy and the thyroid...

I cannot find my article which states that soy is not good for the thyroid,

but I've read it in several articles. I'll keep looking for you, tho'.

Soy apparently suppresses thyroid function, as it has thyroid inhibitors. I

stopped taking it over a year ago and truthfully, that protein drink I was

taking didn't make me feel any better. There must be another source of

non-dairy sulphured protein. Anyone???
