Guest guest
Our youngest, Emma, a Lyme sufferer (medically unproven but who can really prove it anyway?) is home for a short weekend. She has had to cut back on her MMS, says she was tired all the time. Going back to that, but first... When I first took MMS I had all kinds of heart problems because of it, or so I thought, but I eventually proved to my own satisfaction that I was badly low on key nutrients and diarrhea from MMS had worsened that. Building myself up with key nutrients was the answer and MMS turned out NOT to be the problem. So now here I've gone off on an oral DMSO tangent. Four days of it made me feel like a firetruck on steroids. Good grief I felt great, but by Friday at 1pm I had a heart flutter. I immediately knew what was wrong, I had been running around feeling great and had not taken enough good things to keep my body matched to my willingness. I dived in on B vitamins and several things while on an empty stomach and turned it all around literally within minutes. Thursday, Emma tells me that she is feeling bad all the time. I tell her to stop MMS for the weekend. Friday I call her back and tell her to get some B vitamins NOW. She did it. Friday night she sleeps only two hours and leaves college at 4 AM Saturday and drives 6 hours home, goes out with friends when she gets here, bounces around like nothing is wrong, then I ask her about the B vitamins, and she stops and drops her jaw in amazement and says " I DON'T FEEL BAD! " . All she had done was to take one sublingual B-12 on Friday afternoon. Of course, being only 19, it made her zoom. She took a Transdermal Magnesium full bath soak Saturday afternoon, went out with friends until midnight, and still got up for breakfast this morning. But she's back in bed now catching upon sleep for the long trip this afternoon. Dang I wish I could still live like that but that's what got me in the shape I'm in now.
