Guest guest
Hi All, I have a friend who is very sensitive to citrus so using lemon or lime juice is out for her. After the discussion about citric acid and it's production using aspergillus, since she has mold sensitivities, this would probably not be good for her. Vinegar supposedly feeds Candida (or at least can provoke an allergic reaction) so that's not looking good. Has anyone tried HCL as an activator? I know Hulda recommends (or she used to) putting drops of HCL in dairy products in order to kill any residual parasites, etc. Thanks, Avril
