Hello out there again,

Overlooking the obvious, that the bowel is the sewage system of our body,

consider the consequences of not having a bowel movement.

The first day, it may not be such a problem... then on day two, it's

beginning to get a little tight. On day three, with no bowel movements,

it's definitely becoming the focus of the day.

Are you one of those people who has this problem?

Recently, our 88 yr old grandmother was admitted to the hospital. No bowel

movement in a week. She was FULL of it, and still couldn't go, because of

an obstruction.

Consider my mother, who at age 56, last May, hadn't had a bowel movement in

a week, and her colon erupted. Why? They " say " that chemo drugs cause you

to become a little constipated. She was in full blown cancer metasis.

Surgery was a sure death sentence, but not to have surgery meant immediate

death.

Ever wonder how serious one little bowel movement every day could mean life

or death?

Probably not. Most people won't worry, until their lives depend on it.

And then it's too late.

Two days ago, I had a colonic. It's 90 minutes of bowel irrigation via

machine and a therapist. This was after nearly 2 months of cleansing and

bowel management programs.

I'm just 36 years old, and I couldn't believe what was coming out!! And to

think that I was taking care of myself!

Later, walking through the store, on the way home, with a little skip in my

step and feeling fanastic, I noticed all the " bloated " people walking in

the store. I noticed all the people with backed up sewage systems in their

body, walking time bombs of waste and disease.

Think about it.

Get to a colonic therapist and see the difference.

Do a few coffee enemas and see the difference.

It's your life. Unless you have $$ in your wallet to have your waste

surgically removed, you'll one day face the facts, like I did, that we're

not getting younger. And time moves faster than we do.

Be well,

PS. If you have cancer now, and don't think this is relevant, reread about

my mother. Her exploding bowel, and the surgery that sealed her death

sentence. Don't let it be you. Get that bowel moving.
