Dear friends,

I am rather surprised that NACO has not responded to the comment of Dr. C. P.

Thakur on the need for foreigners to have an AIDS free certificate for

foreigners.

On thinking about it I felt that the backlash of reciprocity that is used by

embassies for visas or like Jagmohan Dalmiya likes to apply in cricket would

most probably be a useful indicator with other countries doing the same for

India.

Then many of our top brass and high profile persons would have to test as they

would be foreigners in any other land and then we may not easily deny numbers

that exsist in this country!!!
