THOSE DARN HEADACHES AGAIN.. lets see if Miz Judy, can put another light on the subject..And nip this headache in the bud.. Right in that ...

************************HEART OF THE TEMPLE.********************

First, LETS SEE WHAT IS A HEADACHE? it's A PAIN IN THE HEAD, and IT CAUSES GREAT BOTHER, AN ANNOYANCE THAT JUST DOESN''T WANT TO GO AWAY.

Headaches ARE SOMETIMES A SYMPTOM OF A DISEASE OR A DISORDER.

Headaches OCCUR INDEPENDENTLY OF in ANY OTHER ORDER. they DEVELOPED GRADUALLY ( OFTEN WITHOUT APPARENT Cause, AND CAN JUST AS QUICKLY CLEAR UP.). however PAINFUL MOST OF THEM IN THE MAJORITY BEGIN WITH A THROBBING. sometimes THUMPING IN THE TOP OF THE HEAD, BEHIND THE EYES, IN THE TEMPLE OF THE EAR AREA, ALONG THE BACK OF THE NAP. AND SOMETIMES, BROUGHT ON BY TENSION, THAT PUTS STRAIN ON THE MUSCULAR TISSUES OR BLOOD VESSELS IN THE HEAD, THE NECK OR BOTH, OR ALL OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED. a NASTY FLU-AND COLD BUG ARE ONE OF THE MAIN CAUSES TO A HEAD BEGINNING TO ACHE.

in MY MEDICAL JOURNAL KEPT WHILE I WAS TAKING OFF THE MELANOMA CANCER..MY NOTES SAY THIS: in the following..

From a physiological standpoint, there are two common causes of headache pain. 1. strain on facial, neck, and the scalp muscles, usually caused from tension. 2. swelling of blood vessels in the head, results from strain within their walls. These two types are called tension headaches and vascular headaches respectively.

Therefore if you've been under emotional stress, the grief and worry has no doubt caused your head to ache..and this can also put strain on the posture, which creates ( from the notes of my Amish Friend..a physical tension, where the diaphragm is not relaxing..therefore take deep breath, and inhale and exhale to fill the lungs back up with fresh oxygen, and let that go by the blood stream back to the brain, that tells the body what is wrong, and what it needs to fix it properly.

If you have spent several hours in stress, and the tension hasn't ceased, than it is wise to get up off of the chair, or the bed, and begin a exercise: for being all hunched over isn't helping one bit..or if you've been sitting to long at one job, the eyes and the body are in need of some assistance, We do not need here a headache that is like the morning after, or a hangover that lingers for any length of time either.

Now you ask..What shall be done? Firmly I believe that since the headaches have caused you misery far to long: that it be more wise to consult your doctor, and give him the benefit of a doubt..The following is only a guide that I used, and I maintained effectively until one day ( now nearly ten years ) I haven't had those severe headaches. And if I do feel one coming on..( hardly ever, maybe once a year, if that ), I begin to check first to see what has my diet got to do with it..plenty I assure you. You must find the cause, in order to cure a headache. You can put on the head every remedy on the market..but that isn't getting into the system and cleansing out the reason..most products will only give comfort for a short period of time. The knowledge here is being sensible with yourself, and responding to your personal and emotional needs. The Answer, often times, is right in front of you. It just takes some of us longer to discover it. A headache that occurs and usually disappears over night.. is not to be to concerned about..but !!! a headache that persist,.. is one to sit up and take notice to. And your physician might refer you to a neurologist for diagnostic testing, to make sure that you have no underlying disorders of the central nervous systems.

The treatments can be self-help up to a point. And keep in mind that alcohol and tobacco are potent causes of vascular headaches as is stress and tension of everyday living. ONE MUST LEARN TO STRETCH THE MUSCLES..MASSAGE THE MUSCLES IN THE NECK AND THE SHOULDERS, JAWS, AND SCALP. take a hot bath, lie down, and I told you the other day in a posting, Vinegar can be used to rub down or be applied in the navel to keep fever down, can also work for some headaches, But it will not cure the cause..just ease the pain for a short while. And a good nights sleep is necessary. Drink plenty of fruits juices and water..* Never cold, but room temperature, For ice cold beverages-will sometime trigger a headache very fast. I found if I used a hot cloth on my head, it worked far better than a cold one..and less nausea. Yet sometimes I felt 100 % better after I regurgitated.

Always check the pain-killers won't harm you in anyway..before even taking any one of the products below.. And remember I am not a doctor, but here am telling you what I've learned to do for myself. This is only a guide, and you must judge for yourself that which is right for you.

Brief help..For we have no room for another six pages of reports..

There are a numerous list of Essential oils..and already some have been posted for you to try and that one is Lavender, then here is a few more quickly.. Peppermint, ( which I used even for the cancer ..to release pain in that area.( Amish told me that it would go direct to the area I was trying to help. Lemon, ( My first grade teacher would bring lemons to school, and when a student got a head ache she would do one or two things.( cut the lemon in half, then into 1/4-pieces..Take one and squeeze into a 1/2-cup water, add no sweetners, For sugar can intrigue the headache to get worse.. ( drink this by sipping slowly ), Then with another 1/4 th, rub as needed on the forehead, and the temples. Then go and lay down. ( she would send us to a cot at the edge of the room..or to the nurses station. ) usually by the next recess, our headaches were eased up.Then she would put the last two pieces of lemon into a dish, and send it home for us to repeat if necessary. I can tell you one thing for me it always worked. And I've used this method on my children, and their children. And all their friends, and mothers would come to MIZ Judy for a ' lemon-love', that's what we've always called it. ( and don't forget to try the potatoes..these also work on the forehead, sliced thinly, and lay down and rest while doing this , method. And Prayer works mostly: the greatest of all.

In the following is some Web-sites you can look into..that of other Therapy..that I found interesting. http://www.karinya.com/armothp.htm and the one on Thyme:

http://www.imm.org.pl/bird/thyme.htm ( ALSO THIS ONE, AND OTHER I'VE USE )

http://www.1stherbsource.com/tei-fu-essential-oils/ ( I've used a very good Tei Fu, or one similar..but not sure where my tiny little bottle got to..and I couldn't find the data in the journal. When I run a crossed it I shall post the right name. But I remember it is very good. Strong. I'm waiting on another Email to come in from a friend..When it does and it is worth posting I will share with you. Until later, may God richly bless you, and help you find a cure for everything that makes you ill

Some kinds of chemicals in household products can cause headaches. I recently attended a seminar for continuing ed for pharmacists & nurses. The seminar was conducted by a compounding, homeopathic pharmacist who has studied world wide & consults world-wide on the subject of natural hormone therapy. She said that lack of progesterone (natural type) is the #1 cause of headache in women over 40. She believes that cow's milk is another big cause of headache. She said it doesn't necessarily occur the same day of drinking milk. Could be a day or two later but that she has frequently seen re-occuring headaches disappear when cow's milk is eliminated from the diet.
