trying to stablize me enough to do surgery. They finally took me to surgery but my heart was beating so fast, they took me back to my room without doing the surgery. Then they sent me home and instructed my Mom to give me 5 drops of iodine in a glass of water 3x per day ...total 15 drops per day taken internally. She was told to do that for 2 weeks. It didn't help the thyroid, it seems but the point is I am still here. I was finally sent to another hospital where they did the surgery after trying to stabilize me for another 8 weeks. Later I met a man who took iodine for colds, flus and even ulcers. He said he took 5 drops in water or milk once a day in the morning on an empty stomach for his ulcers and his ulcers healed up. I have since mentioned this to others and they, too, have become free of their ulcers. Ulcers is caused by a bug and apparently the iodine killed it. This man's 75 year old mother was scheduled to have 2/3 of her stomach removed but when she heard what her son had done, she also used the iodine and never did have to have the surgery. Now I take iodine from time to time for various problems especially

where germs or bacteria might be the culprits. I have used the ordinary iodine that you can buy in the drug stores but I prefer to get the food-grade iodine that the health food stores carry. I take between 5 - 8 drops in a glass of water once or twice a day when addressing a cold or flu. I also gargle with it and I spray it up my nose using an empty drisdan bottle. If I feel my nerves tingling in my hands or feet, I stop it for a while. Too much iodine, as you know, is toxic and from what I have read, it affects the nerves if you get too much. So

do this only with care. It is NOT one of those things where if a bit helps and more will help even more.Helen Acid Reflux? Constipation? Belly Fat? Edema? More Energy..Look younger..ImproveLungs/Brain Make $$$$s! www.holyteaclub.com/zhebee Helen, Ind Rep for HTC 604-420-1544

Mark uses Magnascent iodine. It's somehow more absorbable. Mark is a

testing fanatic and this is his favorite brand. I have some extra

bottles here that I can pass on for what I paid for them which was the

practitioner's price. I'd have to check my bill but I think it was

$30 a bottle and it goes a long way.
