Update on and Navarro FDA Patient Rights Act

An MRI following 's 2nd surgery showed that the tumor has spread to

his spine, neck and another area of his brain. In the past month,

has had to undergo two cycles of high-dose chemotherapy. This is the very

thing that his mom and dad have struggled so desperately to avoid.

Fortunately, he has not had to endure the devastating side effects that are

expected with high-dose chemo. They also included alternative immune system

enhancers with the chemo protocol.

The Navarro FDA Patient Rights Act

The Subcommittee on Health and the Environment is calling a Hearing

tomorrow (Wednesday) to hear 's father's testimony on the

Navarro FDA Patient Rights Act (H.R. 3677). This is a significant event for

's Bill and the precursor to its going before the full House of

Representatives for a vote.
