Guest guest
Thanks everyone for your support, it really means a lot to me. You gave me lots of things to consider and I am taking it all in. As many of you know, I've been taking MMS at night to kill and rebuilding during the day, taking my supplements and eating well, exercising, doing what I thought was all the right stuff, so the diarrhea coming back was really stressing me out. Well, last night, I got brave (minutely) and I did 8 drops of MMS, diluted it with limeaid made with maple syrup. It really killed the taste, but I still had to chase it to get the taste out of my throat. Then I poured me a small glass of that Bolthouse Organic Carrot Juice from Costco, and put 1/8 teaspoon of DMSO (75% in distilled water) and drank it. Then I went to bed. I got up at 2 or 3 and repeated the process. Then I did it again at 7 this morning. When I got up around 11 (can't believe I slept that long) I had the most beautiful firm brown poop. I was so happy! Then 30 minutes to an hour later, I got the runs, but they weren't intense. I drank some water, made some tea, had some sprouted grain toast with cashew butter and marionberry preserves, and a super orange. Can't remember what they call them, they have more C and are slightly reddish. I thought I was going to have the runs again a few minutes ago. I didn't. Things are moving back to normal. So that's remarkable. The DMSO really dried up my throat, I drank 48 oz of water before 11 am. I also laid out in the hot tub and got 30 minutes of quality sunshine. I've also added probiotics to my supplement dosing box. I got one of those $17 specials at Walgreens, with 4 boxes for each day and sliding lids. Really nice. It's huge! About the size of a ream of paper. I'm off to Costco for brown Omega 3 eggs and more limes. Have a super day! Kathy
