No more than two drops MMS and 1/4 teaspoon Citric acid in the mix at a time. Dispose right after using because later on it will only smell like it's good, won't actually be much good; in short, make and use fresh. Do not blow it all out of your nose yet. Pour out the MMS, then make and use a rinsing solution and use it within a minute or so. Then blow your nose. This way it is not as drying and doesn't leave you smelling only chlorine so badly.
