Guest guest
Dear Kurt & List: I've been on staff with a Mexican clinic since 1993 called Europa Institute where we've treated cancer and other chronic illnesses with a variety of modalities. We're very careful what we bring in ... it has to have a good biomedical rationale and have good science behind it. Poly MVA appears on the surface to have that. However there is alot of stuff below the surface which we discovered as time has gone on and we won't use it at all. I feel morally obligated to say something here. I'm aware of the background of this whole thing from the beginning because Dr.Freeman and I were brought Poly MVA by an disenfranchized physician who lost his license in California and was under house arrest named Larry to consider for evaluating on patients. Larry is a good physician but chose to associate with some less-than-noble people and ended up being charged and losing his license several years back. He was (maybe still is?) involved selling Poly MVA as was his partner, Al , who is also on the FBI's list and has been in trouble with the FEDS for years off and on. It was early on in the POLY MVA process about 4 years ago now and the patient's we used it on with the protocol they had then didn't notice anything at all (however it was breast cancer pts., not brain) and were required to buy $1500 twice a month (from Larry--not us) or something outrageous to do the protocol. I can't say there aren't any success because the body works on perception basis and so it's possible that if they believed it would help, it would. However, ethically, we won't use it because of whose associated with the stuff. The manufacturer / founder physician in White Plains, NY and it is illegal to use in the US because he didn't want to pay the $ to take it through trials, which is understandable considering the red tape and $ you pay and then then some big pharmaceutical giant comes in with promises to sell the heck out of it only to shelve it (intention all along). Hence why the distributors needed to look for and buy a license in TJ...to use it. We turned it down because of the business ethics involved. Almost any clinic in TJ has access to it (or did unless that's changed recently and an exclusive distributorship was given to the clinic you posted about)...because it's available for the right $$... however, be very very careful here. It is incredibly expensive and there are no randomized outcome studies because of the nature of the cases...most have been given up on in the States and told to go home and die. Despite what they company who makes it says, I believe it does have side effects. I have a older friend and her husband (our tax man) who used it orally for some 6 months as an anti-ageing compound (they were going to make it available for sale as lots of " distributors " were going to do...the company was setting up a network of resellers almost MLM-like in nature) and both said they felt it was addictive...and that they were agressive and horny and the husband couldn't get rid of a constant errection for days (he's in his 70's and was surprised at this event occurring without any associated feelings that are supposed to go with that experience)--when he called Al to get a hold of the manufacturer in NY and ask questions trying to find out why, instead he told them to enjoy it!... (I'm sure they were looking for a new market) they said they'd never heard that before and it's nothing to worry about--but they were frightened at this and decided to just abandon it. The wife was very UN happpy as you can imagine and angry and never used it again. Be very careful. Ask for everything in writing and don't give anyone any $ until you have a written treatment plan, a full disclosure of all associated costs including supplements, have seen the physician's license, the facilities department of health registration number, know that you can get full records in English and a coded invoice so you can submit for insurance reimbursement Alsok know a potential downside to getting treatment in Mexico is that you can't sue the doctor for malpractice... OK...enough said. Suffice it to say, Buyer Beware! Guest guest
Here is the rest of the story. Bormann doesn't mention that for PolyMVA to work against cancer it must be used with an androgen such as androcur, along with clodronate. These two items are supplied by after you get the Poly from another source. The Poly cost $360 a bottle: 1 bottle 1st 5 days, next bottle 12 days, then another every 12 days until you've used 12 bottles. HOWEVER: If your MD approves of the use with a call or fax to the manufacturer who sends an info kit to him and papers to sign stating that the patient is a compassionate case the Poly is given FREE. THEN will also provide the other 2 drugs free. That's how I'm getting it through my doctor. We have talked to all parties above to determine this. ($3700 worth of product). I gladly provide this info but unfortuneately will not provide the necessary phone numbers, etc. since the provider doesn't wish to be inundated with requests. You'll have to dig it up like I did, sorry.
