The charge distribution of anti-cancer molecules 4-thiazolidine-carboxylic acid and 2-amino-2-thiazoline hydrochloride was calculated with a CNDO/2 semiempiral quantam mechanic method. The activity seems to be related with the formation of Zn2+ and Mn2+ ions. Both molecules show local isosterism, origin of their chelating properties.

4-thizolidine-carboxylic acid is also know as 'Thioproline' or 'Tac' or 'Thiazolidine-4-carboxylic acid'.

Like all chemotherapeutic agents, Thioproline has a degree of toxicity (however - Tylenol is more toxic!). My research has demonstrated that vitamin C neutralizes the toxicity of Thioproline.

The question arises - Could n cure himself of Cancer by swallowing 'mega-doses' of Thioproline and vitamin C?

My Post Script contains the letter of Helena Wojtczak that describes n's condition; a brief passage from it:

" .....We were reeling in shock at horror at this, then when he had tests it turns out he has secondaries in his lungs (small cell) and has now been given 12 months to live..... "

According to the manufacturer, MGN-3:

" Discovered in Japan, MGN-3 is a rice bran complex which has been modified using enzymes from the edible Shiitake mushrooms to produce a compound called Arabinoxylane..... "

The Shiitake mushroom is one of the only foods in nature that contains the chemical Thioproline.

1. In March, 1979, an article indicated that Thioproline was unique ( " One compound out of 500..... " ),and it was speculated that Thioproline " .....could represent the first non-cytotoxic anticancer agent which has the plasma membrane as target. "

2. Later in 1979, Thioproline achieved these anti-Cancer results in a clinical trial (reported in 'The Lancet') -

" Definite signs of activity were observed.....in other solid tumours, such as breast, renal, ovary, thyroid, and parotid cancer. "

" .....Histological studies showed involution and transformation into low-grade malignancies and disappearance of evidence of cancer. "

3. In 1983, Thioproline was labelled as containing " anti-cancer molecules " .

My discovery that vitamin C neutralizes the toxicity of Thioproline should enable every adult Cancer patient in the world to swallow Thioproline in amounts of at least 40 mg/kg. daily.

I wish to conclude by quoting the Summary of 'The Lancet' article, " TREATMENT OF CANCER BY AN INDUCER OF REVERSE TRANSFORMATION " , January 12, 1980, page 68:

Hi all

I wrote in to the list a few weeks back about my boyfriend, n , a successful 35 yr old classical recitalist (organ, harpsichord, piano) who has been diagnosed with a malignant carcoma in his elbow and they are going to amputate his arm. We were reeling in shock at horror at this, then when he had tests it turns out he has secondaries in is lungs (small cell) and has now been given 12 months to live. He was giving concerts all over the world until July and we cannot believe this is happening to us.

He is now in hospital in London, 2 hours from me, watching the man opposite die, slowly and noisily, of the same lung cancer. They intend to give him the strongest possible dose of the strongest possible chemo and we are both terrified of it. He is already weak and I don;t know how we will cope when his immune system is destroyed. We have heard many stories of people who died after chemo and wished they had not spent their last few months ill in bed.

In fact, we have more stories and anecdotes to last us a lifetime. All second and third hand of course.

I read all the " cures for cancer " emails avidly and print many of them and take them to him. He wants *of course* to take an alternative cure BUT WHICH? There are so many things! We are both on welfare and have very little money. What savings we had has been blown on various " cures " whose adherents pushed them onto us including Essiac, wormwood, green walnut tincture, vitamin C, two different Zappers, cloves and cinnamon, Astragulus (?), and god knows what else. We are now getting to the end of our resources. He also has to purchase special food every day, as the hospital food is disgusting: white sugar, white flour, white rice, overboiled frozen diced vegetables, inedible lasagne, packet soups; slop, basically, nutritionally void. He is managing to buy pots of vegetable salads and fruit from nearby sandwich shops etc as he is allowed out. When the chemo starts on Monday he will not even be allowed out so I will have to go there every day and feed him properly. It is a disgrace that cancer patients are being fed inedible rubbish that I would not even give my pet rats!

A wealthy concert promoter who adores n's playing might be persuaded to fund a cure if we can *prove* it will work for him. This rich man is very set against alternative treatments and begs n to have the chemo. However, I think that if we get proof ie personal testimony from, say, at least a dozen people he might be persuaded to pay. But no-one will offer us any proof. In fact, it is made almost impossible to ask for proof, people seem to be totally offended that you don't believe their claims. They all want our (borrowed) money, in return for which we get third or fourth hand anecdotal " testimony " . In some cases the only person to be cured is the same one trying to sell you something. One man relieved my boyfriend of his last L500 savings this way.

I feel sick to my stomach that people are happy to jump on the bandwagon and get desperate people, fighting for their lives, to pay money for rubbish. It seems that almost anyone can just whip up some " potion " and sell it to the desperate for a massive profit and there is no comeback since in many cases the victim will die and the charlatan can just laugh all the way to the bank.

The latest miracle cure he has been " offered " is oxygen therapy in Finchley, London. This will take 4 weeks and cost L500 per week plus he has to purchase certain items and pay L100 a week for accommodation. This is a vast amount of money representing 6 months of our joint income.

No proof has been offered that oxygen therapy will work. If he delays the chemo for another 4 weeks, the cancer could spread and get worse and he will be even iller and have even less chance of survival.

We have now reached the point of utter despertion and don;t know which way to turn. He is pleading with me to help him choose - chemo or alternatives? I am getting totally distraught with this. We have discussed it with friends and of course some feel strongly one way or another, more or less evenly balanced, and others will make no comment.

If there is anyone who can give any positive advice I would be so very grateful for it. Time is running out. Maybe noone out there can help me but I do feel a bit better for writing all this. I feel very tense and wound up with anger at the moment so please forgive me if this is reflected in this email.

The procedure which I have described on these pages which utilized 'Equal' and L-Cysteine and vitamin C and magnesium and zinc and manganese has been tried two times and success was engendered on each occasion.

In early December, 1997, within a week, Mrs. Helen Gutierrez cured her brother of esophageal cancer using this procedure. First, Helen told her brother to swallow 'mega-doses' of vitamin C for two days.

I saw a television interview in which an 'Equal' company official stated that " 97 packets of 'Equal' a day was 'too much'. " 'Equal' metabolizes into formaldehyde which is a deadly poison.

During the first week of December, 1997, Mrs. Helen Gutierrez administered, everyday, to her brother, the equivalent of 600 packets of 'Equal'; she did this for five days; her brother experienced no ill effects whatsoever; his only complaint was that the mixture was, " awfully sweet " .

Mike was born on March 24, 1938; when he turned 50 he made it a practice to go to his doctor for regular physical examinations.

In the Fall of 1998, Mike became concerned when his 'PSA' count reached 5.9.

The PSA count is an indicator of potential prostate cancer in men.

The AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY booklet, Prostate cancer, states on page 7:

" Prostate-Specific Antigen Blood Test (PSA)

The American Cancer Society recommends that this blood test to measure PSA (a protein which is made by prostate cells) be offered annually by health care providers to men 50 and older with a life expectancy of at least 10 years, and to younger men with high prostate cancer risk. At this time, the health care provider should also discuss the risks and benefits of early detection and treatment of prostate cancer.

PSA blood test results are reported as 'nanograms per milliliter' or 'ng/ml'. Results under 4 ng/ml are usually considered normal. Results over 10 ng/ml are high and values between 4 and 10 are considered 'borderline'. The higher the PSA, the more likely the presence of prostate cancer. "

Mike had two subsequent sonograms and two subsequent biopsies in 1999 and was told on his birthday, March 24, that he did, indeed, have prostate cancer; it was labelled, 'non-aggressive'.

I told Mike about 'The Gutierrez/ Procedure', and he readily agreed to try it. In late April and early May of 1999, by swallowing 'Mega-doses' of 'Equal' and L-Cysteine and vitamin C and 'above average' amounts of a mineral supplement, Mike saw his PSA plummet to '0.6'; the reading was reported on May 14, 1999.

On June 25, Mike called me and told me that his 'PSA' had fallen even further, to '0.2'.
