Also have seen it as an ingredient in a specific product (I can't remember which, could have been one of LymeAngl or Sue Massie's recommendations on IntheGardenn - i.e., beyond fiber, detoxifiber, etc.) Anyway, it's supposed to be good for heavy metals detox; has anyone tried it?
