Hi Leonard,

The " greens " you highlight " spirulina,chlorella,wheatgrass and barleygrass "

are almost chic novelty items, a;most " supplements " how many people ate

these foods a hundred or 2 hundred years ago? They may be good, but they are

not in the same category as the dark leafy green vegetables. The only one

that I think may come close to being a real food containing all of natures

nutrients, that can be obtained from jucing-with a special juicer I might

add, is wheatgrass juice which is very good but can only be taken in very

small quantities.
