Guest guest
Hi Leonard, The " greens " you highlight " spirulina, chlorella, wheatgrass and barleygrass " are almost chic novelty items, a;most " supplements " how many people ate these foods a hundred or 2 hundred years ago? They may be good, but they are not in the same category as the dark leafy green vegetables. The only one that I think may come close to being a real food containing all of natures nutrients, that can be obtained from jucing-with a special juicer I might add, is wheatgrass juice which is very good but can only be taken in very small quantities.
